What we collect, and what we do not.
This is a small teaching business, not an advertising company. The short version: your details go to Randy, and nowhere else.
When you send an inquiry
The form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number, location and playing level. That information is stored so Randy can read and reply to it, and it is emailed to him. It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising, and you are not added to any mailing list.
Spam prevention
To stop automated abuse, your IP address is converted into a one-way hash the moment it arrives and only the hash is stored. The original address is never written to the database, and the hash cannot be reversed back into it. Those records are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Student accounts
If Randy sets up a training portal account for you, it stores your name, email address and a cryptographic hash of your password. Passwords themselves are never stored and cannot be recovered by anyone, including Randy — only reset. Sessions are kept in a cookie that is required for the site to work, and expires after 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers and no analytics scripts on this site. The only cookie set is the sign-in session cookie described above, and it is only set if you sign in.
Asking for your data back
Email goettlicher@verizon.net and ask for a copy of what is held about you, or for it to be deleted. There is no process to go through and no form to fill in.
